Who we are

Costa Carers is a high quality provider of 'care at home' services on the west Costa del Sol.

• We are not an agency. We are ex-pats living in Spain who have previously worked as nurses or carers in our own countries. We all speak English as our first language.

• We are not registered nurses (although registered nurses can be provided to give injections, take blood, work with an IV drip). We are however trained in the use of hoists, manual handling, food hygiene and first aid where these form part of the care required

• We strongly believe that most people prefer to live in their own homes for as long as they can. Costa Carers is determined to ensure that this option is available to everybody in the areas where we provide a service.

• We work closely with doctors, physiotherapists and Age Concern to ensure that we can provide care for those who need more medical support.

We are based in Andalusia and currently we are able to offer help to those people living on the coast between La Linea and San Pedro and inland as far as Casares.
