On the phone
call 678 708 431 (or click here to contact us via email)
We will discuss with you what help you (or the person you are ringing about) might want. We will be able to give you some answers immediately about what we can do, and how soon we can start.
If you are looking for personal care, it will be useful for us to know a little about your current situation (for example whether you walk unaided, or if there are recent medical considerations), and if anyone else is helping you at the moment
At the first meeting
If you feel that we can help, we will come and discuss in more detail how we can help (completely free of charge).
It is helpful to meet and see what you need. We will be able to offer advice about equipment that may be useful, and help to plan how much help you need. This can vary from one visit a week to as much support as you want.
Anything that is agreed can be changed, as soon as you want. If you have just come home from hospital, you may need more help at first, and then less as you settle back into your normal routine. Or you may feel that you need more than you first thought.
At each visit
Your carer will quickly learn what you want doing, and how you like things to be done. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Reviewing how it is going
We like to meet with you every few months, just to check that you are happy with what we are doing. However, you can contact us at any time to discuss the help we provide. It is important to us to know that you are completely happy with our service.
